Steps For Compliance Routing Testing
There are two options for Vendors to test and move their loan applications through the Compliance steps. The Vendor can either:
1) User can manually enter their own Tax ID and set the compliance result on their own, or
2) Use some pre-determined Tax IDs. Your application will be routed based on the Compliance Result the Tax ID is linked with.
Steps for Manual Entry of Compliance Result:
1) Login to Origination.
2) Select Reports.
3) Select Compliance Check Setup (Located near the bottom of the left side navigation).
4) Click the “Press Link...” link to open the manual entry screen.
5) Enter the Loan Application Number(s) and select the desired Compliance Check Status.
6) Select Submit. The system will automatically evaluate and route the Loan Application out of R0 Status. This will be done by a scheduled job that runs every 5 minutes.
NOTE - Any invalid Loan Application number(s) entered during step 5 will return a message that those specific Loan Application(s) could not be processed. The valid Loan Applications will be processed as normal.
